This mould is high quality silicone. If you get the technique right you get perfect Star of Davids with the interlacing of the triangles- something that is impossible to achieve any other way. I use petal icing ( Tylo with fondant icing, Tylo is also used as edible glue). Dip the mould in some cornflour and tap off the excess. Fill by hand and compress the lines with your finger or suitable tool. Flick up the mould at the corner of the stars working your way around until the star drop out. Just leave to harden for 48 hours. Perfect. I have made at least 20 stars this way. The supplier delivered very promptly and a lot cheaper than alternative suppliers.
