Great item.
Shreads all the garlic leaving very little residue or waste behind. Doesn't take much pressure which makes it ideal for anyone with wrist limitations. Easy clean. Great item.

Easy to crush ginger and garlic
All in one garlic press, does ginger too. Don't even have to peel as only the crushed garlic comes through. No little parts to come off or get lost. Keep it clean and dry to avoid any chance of weakening.
