This little baby saved me £85!
One day, my front door lock broke and I couldn't unlock to exit my house through the front door. Upon dismantling the locking arrangement I thought I would need to purchase the entire locking system... then I discovered this part. Seems it is a known problem with this type of lock that the part shears off... a part costing less than £8 on a lock that a replacement will cost around £85. Easy to replace in around 10 minutes... and there is even a video on YouTube to show you how. A great buy!

Money saver.
I bought this product because my front door lock fell to bits inside the door. When I removed it all I could see this part was actually snapped in half. By chance I searched Ebay just in case I could obtain a replacement part without buying the whole lock. So this saved me a lot of money. Fiddly to fit but dont give up. It's been in over a year now and still works fine.

Great replacement part
The spindle fitted the broken one well, it is a little fiddly to replace but that is the lock not the replacement, make sure all parts are.put back exactly and the lock works like new
