Shower mixer valve
It's nicely made with a good quality finish. The adjustable elbows made it easy to connect to my existing feed pipes, but they screwed in and out of the body rather than fixing with a nut as shown in the picture. The elbows have a fine thread on them to provide the adjustability and two "O" rings to seal them in the body; when I saw the "O" rings I wasn't sure they would be effective so used some sealant on them but one still leaked, so I had to take the valve off again to put some new sealant on that elbow. Subsequently the other elbow also leaked, so the valve had to come off again to seal that one. This has been a real nuisance. Mine didn't come with the right instructions, they were the instructions for the other, non-adjustable, variant of this valve with the bar type handle. One thing to take note of if fitting the valve exposed is that it sticks out a long way, much further than the one it replaced, plus when it is being used the handle sticks out further still. I've only tested it so far and don't know if this will be a problem when having a shower i.e. turning it off/hotter/colder accidentally. It comes with a five year guarantee, which I hope I won't need. I assume that the guarantee would be actioned through the seller as there are no manufacturer's details in the instructions or on the box. On the whole it's a good value valve and easy to fix to replace an older valve which has feed pipes at different centres than the current standard, but I think that the screw in elbows on the supply connections are a bit suspect.

Good replacement for expensive thermostatic valve
Bought this to replace broken thermostatic valve which was leaking. They are expensive so I didn't really want to pay a fortune for a new valve. This one fits perfectly even though I was worrying due to the exposed piping type connection (pipes go vertically down from the ceiling). The only issue I have - one of the adjustable elbows is leaking so needs a bit of dyi. Otherwise it's great for the price!

Good universal shower valve
Good quality fitting, easy to fit but the adjustable tails leaked at my first attempt at fitting. My advice if replacing an old unit would be to remove the old olives and replace with new, this avoids any excessive strain on the fitting which may be caused by the position of the old olives.

Excellent product.
The adjustable design makes this product easy to fit when replacing a previous mixer unit. No leaks after simple fitting (I'm not a plumber). It is a well put together item and has a feel of quality about it. Probably one of the best single leave mixers out there for the price.

Good Quality fitting.
It works well and the fitting adjustment makes it easy to fit. If you use your old copper fitting, make sure the olive is very clean before sealing. I used Jif to clean it and the fitting is watertight.
