Mix in a non-metallic container and stir until a homogeneous mass is formed. Use suitable gloves when using. Mix Capelli biondi bleaching powder with 2 parts by weight of cream oxide 6%, 9% or 12% in a plastic or porcelain bowl and mix well until the usable consistency is achieved after about 2 minutes. Then immediately apply this ready-to-use cream as usual and leave it to take effect for 15 - 30 minutes, depending on the desired level of brightness. Do not apply artificial heat. Then rinse your hair thoroughly, shampoo mildly and follow up with conditioner. For optimal results, apply at room.
