Failure of concept
If I get this thing to set up properly it will be the best thing since jelly on bread...but it is a struggle. Generaly the icons and touch panel work but its not a intuitive process. The GUI could have been better thought out. Its not bad...just a head scratcher as to why it is done that way. As for the WIFI / Internet connection it just quit..I did get the AP to pair with the unit after some fiddling around but it suddenly stopped and now scans for but never finds it. I deal with alot of IOT products and some times it's just best to do a HARD factory reset and start again after working out your mistakes but the reset looks only to be a SOFT reset and holds items in memory. I removed the back up battery for about two minutes but it didn't solve the Not Pairing issue...I have the heaters set for now and I am giving it a few days of thought. Perhaps a message to their support ?? When I get this all hashed out it will be great but I am going bald doing it...Overall I love the Idea but the setup seems sketchy...my product rating will likely change after I have it working properly but for now............Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
