Good for external lubrication
Bought this as have vaginal atrophy due to menopause to help with lubrication. The only problem I find with it, is that it is gritty unlike the other Yes oil based lubricant which I find much better. I use the vanilla one just as an external moisturiser as I do not like the gritty bits so would not recommend it for internal lubrication.
