The Graphite arrived in good shape, no issues. It does need a setup, and in slightly adjusting the tuning, one of the high D strings broke. Of course, I have no replacements yet. Although I can recommend it for someone that really has a need for an instrument like this, for the average guitarist, I suspect they wouldn't use it that much.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
