Natural Factors DGL Licorice vs. RX = UPDATE
Last year I had to discontinue RX medication prescribed "for life" over fifteen years ago for acid reflux since the symptoms were worse than the remedy. It took a while for my system to adapt; however, after the initial three months of trying different other OTC herbal or other substitutes, I have stopped at an occasional DGL Licorice chewable tablet (not Licorice only) or Tums. The trial period was not easy, but I am solving any issues better now than with the RX. I had tried another DGL less expensive brand but it was not effective. 3/4/2016 UPDATE: THIS PRODUCT HAS BEEN A GOOD SUBSTITUTE FOR RX PROTON INHIBITORS. (TOO MUCH ACID IS BAD, BUT TOO LITTLE IS WORSE). THE NATURAL FACTORS BRAND CONTINUES TO WORK FOR ME.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
