excellent for joint pain !!
these easy to swallow tabs' are brilliant for joint pain in knees, elbows etc' great if you work outside a lot, they seem to take appx 3 weeks to get into your system, but then i could feel them starting to ease the joints !!, so now its one a day for me everyday !!
