Matched my existing unit in physical size as well as power rating
I installed this capacitor on my Wood Lathe after the it had problems starting and would sometimes even start to run backwards. I just matched the power rating from the existing unit. The lathe now works like new again. A word of warning, these things can pack a punch long after they have been disconnected from the mains supply.
