Disappointed
I think I must have just been very unlucky, but the first one I received was faulty, the casing was clearly not closed properly down the right hand side, the buttons were sunken rather than proud and it just didn't work without a LOT of pressure on the buttons. Credit where it's due though, when I reported the problems the communications were great and Luke sent me out a replacement, telling me to either keep or dispose of the first one. Sadly, the replacement was just as bad, if not worse and when I reported that one faulty I was asked to return it for checking, but I'm out of action at the moment awaiting brain surgery and the hassle of getting someone to post it back for me was more trouble than it was worth so I just threw it away and we're using the original Sky remote that doesn't seem so bad after all after trying to use the other 2. The number 5 button is a bit dodgy, but we can live with that until I'm able to get a genuine Sky replacement.
So a disappointing product in our experience, but I can't really fault the customer care.
