Its always hard to define why you hit some form but I though my improvement after using this product was sufficiently notable to leave a short review.
Among other things this product was described as assisting the release of glycogen stored in the muscles to assist energy release particularly in endurance events. I'm a cyclist who tends to ride with the same group. I havent changed anything in terms of mileage volume, training or diet except to try GW 501516 and since using it I have noticed (as have other riders i ride with) a dramatic improvement in the back end of all my harder rides. I am the oldest in my group most of who are in their 30's and I'm 52 and was getting dropped right at the back end of more intense rides.... not anymore!! I'm impressed and will continue using it. I don't take anything else other than zinc and magnesium. For comparison we tend to ride on average 18-21mph over 20-60miles depending. Hope this helps.

Couldn't be happier with this product
This SARM is superb. Endurance improvements came on fairly quickly and fat levels have decreased noticeably over the weeks with no change in diet. Powder is pretty much tasteless, very easy to get down. More than happy with the results and have definitely found my brand of choice. Price and quality rock, recommended to all.
