Perfect if you made a bad decision and got a perm 😳
I saw a bunch of great pictures of beautiful curl from perms . I decided to go for it . The perm destroyed my fine thin hair ! Half of it didn’t curl. I first got this in a Ipsy sample . I was able to straighten the rest of my hair and it looks smooth using this product .
