I've been using earplugs to sleep through my partner's snoring for around a year, and having tried various styles and brands of earplugs, these are by far the most comfortable. With every other brand of soft foam earplugs I've used, I've experienced pain and discomfort in my left ear, unless I trim down the earplug (which I can only assume reduces their effectiveness). The Moldex Sparks did not require trimming, and they also expand into shape more quickly than other brands I've used. If you need to use earplugs on a regular basis, and therefore have to buy them in quantity, I would definitely recommend trying these.

I’m used to the silicone earplugs like bio ears but hate how sticky they are the bits that get stuck in my hair. I work nights so have to sleep in the day sometimes while my partner works from home and our puppy runs around madly. These work. A pin dropping would wake me up but sometimes my alarm has gone into its second cycle before the sound gets me. Hugely recommended !

up until now hubby has been using the siicone gel ones which can leave bits in the ear, using these soft foam one since trying these I can't see him ever going back to them, you have to make sure you put them into your ear canal correctly (watch you tube videos if not sure) that way you will have a comfortable nights sleep,

I was finally fairly satisfied(after trying loads of different others!)with these ear plugs, they are cross between foam and memory foam, which I found to be the most comfy-so far, also effective sound blockers(unfortunately have a neighbour who's fave past time is stomping and banging-and yes even in the middle of the night too!! My only gripes are that my ears keep drying out,so need to keep using my E45 sesnsative skin(Eczema n dry skin conditions)but I've been told by a friend that a very mild moisteriser should always be used with ear plugs (also shop assistant in my local health food shop)said as well as applying inside the ears, its good to use on the ear plugs as well, otherwise the ears can get very dry and more likely to get damaged. You also should try and have at least 2 nights break a week. The other is that the ear plugs do sometimes have a habit of slipping out of place now and then-so need to be adjusted a bit,non the less I find its definatly worth perserveering with them though! I love these earplugs. I've bought them for quite a while now, and they are so much better than the cheap foam I used to buy at the drug store. I bought a big box of these, so they will last me quite a while. I usually snip the end off because I have very small ear canals, and the earplugs stick out too much otherwise. I tried smaller earplugs, which were actually narrower but not shorter, but they didn't work as well as these ones. You just roll them flat, stick them in your ears, and they slowly expand. It's not 100% soundproofing obviously, but it means I can still hear my alarm but not be bothered by street noise. Excellent when I'm travelling and don't know what my accommodation situation will be.
