Vert well made
Every time I can, I prefer not to use batteries. This adapter works very fine at this purpose, providing noise free power for my effect pedal up to 500 ma which is the power I need. Finally, a quiet wall wart............
I've tried several wall-warts to power my small guitar amplifier and pedals. All of them are noisy and produce a good bit of hum. The Roland PSA is a notable exception. It is very quiet when plugged in. I tried one pedal on batteries (very quiet) then plugged in the PSA. No change in noise level. That's good enough for me. Sure beats a $100+ Voodoo pedal power supply (unless you need to power a lot of pedals at once.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Keeping it Boss
I recently purchased a few used Boss pedals, for my steel guitar. They seldom come with the original power supply. I also purchased the Boss pedal board, and this powers all three pedals simultaneously. I am 100% satisfied, and the price justifies it. I have to power all Boss equipment.
