This book hold your hand all the way. Not only recipes to make bread but also includes recipes that use the bread you have made with main meals, puddings , cakes etc.

Not what I was hoping for
I thought I was getting a book that would be full of bread recipes and although there are recipes in it the only loaf of bread I was hoping to make in it was a bloomer. I thought there would be seeded loaves and tiger loaves GrAngry but there were none of them but it did have some nice recipes of meals to have with the breads it did have.if you want to make sour dough and flat breads it’s great. If you want to make the sort of loaves you buy at the super market or bares this month ebook for you.this the problem buying online.you can’t have a flick through to see if it’s what you are looking for. I hope I have helped. Sorry Paul I do love all your other books

Not what I expected
I wanted a book that gave me lots of different breads to make. This is a recipe book so while it does have breads in it it is more about pizza recipes or family meals using bread. It’s not just about making different types of loaves.
