TURNTABLE DRIVE BELT - FOR THE TECHNICS SL-JS1
Excellent replacement belt, with wise, helpful instructions included. It was delivered quickly. The only difficulty I found with an older turntable, was lifting it off. This required levering the turntable up equally on all sides, to cause the stuck tapered shaft to part from the boss in the turntable. Nothing to do with the belt of course. A belt like this could easily save someone from having to buy a new turntable costing perhaps £100s. It performs faultlessly. A belt drive of this type is particularly good at preventing motor vibrations and noise from being transmitted to the turntable and thence to the pickup.
