A flexible flapper valve is a must.
A great product. I inherited my "Flapper Valve" along with the toilet when I purchased my property. When my cistern began to develop a slight leak i tried adjusting the valve with some degree of success. It wasn't until the leak became so bad that I realised I would need to try a new valve. When I received my new valve I was surprised to see how flexible it was. My old valve had become brittle with age, and so would never have seated properly again. Leaks after 2 years
Hopeless - it gradually becomes cone shaped, so eventually it ceases to cover the hole and leaks after about 2 years. After going through about 4 replacements I changed the whole set up back to a conventional syphon flush, which at least lasts indefinitely.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
