So Far So Good
The product seems to have done the job that it was supposed to. Instead of using this on carbon fibre products, I used it on an aluminium seat tube and an aluminium seat post. The seat post used to slip all the time. Now it had taken more force to push the seat post to the correct height and when torqued to the correct force, the seat post didn't slip when test riding. It adds some grit to the seat stay, but also adds some silicon grease, so it worked well at first but then it slipped and was worse than it was before I added it. Great carbon fibre paste 25g tin reveiw.
After using this product in 25g tin,applying as instructed to carbon seat post and handle bars in contact with aluminium frame and headset it certainly made a big difference,it adds just the right amount of friction to carbon parts to keep in place and to stop slippage. Any excess that squeases out can be easily removed. Make sure apply to both the carbon part and aluminium part just to be sure. Recommended item and does what it says on the tin.
