Excellent part with better security than original part
My main reason for changing the ignition barrel was that I had noticed a neighbour had the same mobility scooter and utterly amazed that key to each scooter was identical. Ordering an additional key needed no key number ! Having perused EBay and found this replacement part, longer key, more tumblers more security, harder to pick, much bigger key grip, easier for those without full dexterity and angled for better, easier grip between finger and thumb. Fitting was simplicity itself, although a longer barrel there is ample room to accommodate this within the housing, job done in a mere 15 minutes. Obviously a lot of thought gone into the design of this replacement barrel and key. 100% satisfied with this item. Would highly recommend.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
