Simple to operate, elegant design and nice Eco feature too.
Am very happy with the Daewoo, it looks unobtrusive enough as I have black counter tops, isn't too large which is perfect for me reheating small amounts of food, a family may want a larger one. The Eco feature is a nice touch, if you don't use the microwave it goes to 'sleep' so don't buy this if it will feature as your kitchen clock as the display turns off. To 'awaken' it you hold down the big yellow button at the top. It then functions as pretty much any microwave. I have used several designs for inputting the time to cook, dials etc but this design is the best by far. One button for 10minutes, one for 1minute and one for 10seconds, so if you you wanted 11 minutes 30 seconds, you press button one once, button two once and button three three times, the total time displayed for you. I only reheat small items of refrigerated food, so every other button is redundant for me. The interface is easy to clean also. Lastly and importantly, I own bluetooth headphones, my last microwave, if I stood near it interfered with the headphones signal dreadfully, this I assume was microwaves leaking from the unit!!!! Upon purchase of the Daewoo, I immediately noticed that the interference was completely gone, I even stood right next to it and nothing. Not only can I now wear my headphones again while I am cooking but I am sure, being in a kitchen with microwaves bouncing all around was not good for my health. Not sure why this was but I think the Daewoo just has better build quality or shielding than my last one, if I had not owned bluetooth headphones, I may not have ever noticed this so I am glad I do!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Not good experience
Arrived on time. Did not work properly. Tried to warm milk in a cup, pushed cup button, it started and then turned off/on again and again - like a strobe light - good job I'm not epileptic!!. Turned it off, spoke to Daewoo tried it while they were on phone and advised to send it back to supplier. It was a complicated item, needed to read the manual before even starting to use. Too lightweight, moved when pressing buttons. Looked nice is only good comment I can make. Totally superfluous "eco" button. When a using a manual micro, when it pings it is switched off, it does not sit for a further ten minutes! Got my money backVerified purchase: YesCondition: New
