Amazing little razor
This is a very unassuming little razor. It masquerades as an inexpensive travel razor, which it is, but it is oh so much more. It has now replaced my old Remmington razor at home. This thing gives me an amazingly close shave and it is nice and quiet as it does its job. I love taking it in the shower, and when I do, I just soap up my face and we're off; getting an even closer shave. Washes up very easily. It is very well designed and It looks like it should last a good long time. I'm ordering some rechargeable AA batteries for it so it won't be nickel and diming me to death. If you're looking for an inexpensive travel razor, look no further, this thing is amazing. If I had four thumbs, I would give four thumbs up, but I guess two will work for now. Have used many battery operated electric shavers
But this one is the best yet! Even comes with batteries(not rechargable), but I do not mind. My first test was a good one for this shaver...a day and a half of my hard scruff beard. In a matter of only 3 minutes it had it cleaned up and as smooth as any electric shaver has ever done with my beard! Almost as smooth as my 7 minute long shave with my Gillette double bladed safety razor. And no burn like some electrics give me. Clear concise instructions and good drawings tell you all about this shaver. I just hope when the screen finally wears out as they all eventually do, that I can get the shaver block and screen for this Model 60 locally! It fits my hand and I like the protective head guard that rotates to the bottom when I use it. Amazing product!
Several years ago, I discovered this little razor. I used it for travel only (then). It was so handy - waterproof - battery powered - inexpensive. My main razor had a blade & micro screen that cost much more than this little razor & didn't last as long (and this little thing shaved me just as close). I love these little shavers. They're so inexpensive and do a great job. I bought one years ago, which I use occasionally at the office. I've liked it so much, I just bought a second unit to travel with, so I can keep one in my desk, and one in my suitcase. The batteries seem to last forever, and I've never experienced any issues whatsoever with either of my two units. Great Lil’ Shaver

Cheap Razor with Surprising Quality
I first discovered the Braun MobileShave on an Air Force Base a few years back. I had forgotten my own razor at home and figured that for less than 20 dollars, this would at least get the job done. Upon using it, however, I found that this was one of the better razors I've used in a long time. It gives a very close shave, and can rival most name-brand triple-head razors. The head easily detaches for cleaning, and a cleaning brush is cleverly inserted into the bottom of the razor. It also has a safety-lock feature for traveling so it cannot be accidentally turned on. It comes with two AA Duracell batteries, and the charge seems to last for about a month of regular shaving. I realize that for 20 dollars or lower, I'm not going to get all the bells and whistles that you find on other razors, though I would say that this leads me to a few features I wish this had: 1. No Beard Trimmer. This is the only reason I still keep my other razor around. If the MobileShave also had a beard trimmer on it, this razor would completely replace my other razor. 2. Batteries Only. I understand that for a travel razor, you need something that is easy to drop in a bag and run. However, I would have liked it if the MobileShave had a plugin for charging like most other razors. If you have dead batteries and no stores nearby that carry them, then this is as useless as a rechargeable razor without it's cord. If this had both batteries and a charging cord, it would have all the bases covered. Overall, this is a great little razor. I use it all the time, and if I lose/break it, I'm able to pick a brand new one up for very cheap. At the very least, it is worth having one in a bug-out bag for unexpected travel.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
