This product is very well made. It feels solid and has weigh in it. Used materials are of very good quality, so it looks and feels very good. Backlit buttons are great feature and motion control is great although misbehave from time to time. Only downside (maybe it's just me) is that it's easy to use it upside down. Programming is relatively easy. Not as easy as Logitec harmony, but with simple manual and extensive online database it's a matter of typing one code to use device. Some codes are more compatible than others, but each key can be programmed separately from the original remote. I didn't get to programming sections (TV and DVD to turn on together) but for most applications it's great device. It also have extensive IR range so distance or obstacles are not an issue here.

Great features and like the way it lights up and feels good though the recent smart remote by one for all are better . I dropped a star because it's creaky where the chrome frame isn't held on properly. I think I been sold a dropped on the floor remote. Can't argue as paid good price .
