Everywhere in the world, Jewish culture has educated the culinary world and, don't you ever forget it! There would be no Fish and Chips in Britain without our Jewish Friends and their wonderful cuisine! Marlena Spieler writes some of the very best books on Jewish cooking, {I'm Happy to own and follow a few}. If you can't learn from her books then you shouldn't be permitted access to a kitchen!
