Life doesn't have to be painful
I've spent most of my life in heels or barefeet, no in between. I even exercised without foot support for years. I'm now middle age and this past year has been extraordinarily painful and debilitating; unable to stand up without stabbing pain in my heels ankles and calves. I purchased new shoes with arch support and put these insoles in right away. I've walked around the house for several hours and realize I haven't felt pain all day. Heel Spur
I just got diagnosed with a heel spur. I suffer a lot of pain in my left foot and brought a foot sleeve for night time and these insoles for the day time. I tried the insoles out the first time today and came home and could barely walk! Pain while using them and can barely walk afterwards. Save your pain and money and invest in a foot sleeve.
