I experienced an increased metabolism, increase in basil body temp( mine was low), my daily hair loss decreased by about 85%. I have not experienced any side affects but I could tell that my metabolism increased as a result of taking this product.I have been able to eat more and not gain weight. I also just started a low carb diet and I am loosing weight much faster with this product and I am maintaining a higher level of ketosis than I normally do on a low carb diet. Prior to taking this product I did a low carb diet for about 2 months, lost nothing and did not get into ketosis very easily. This time dieting while taking this supplement I lost 4.5 pounds in 2 weeks. My sleep pattern also has improved to the point where 6 of 7 days a week I now experience 7 to 8 hours of solid sleep and do not wake. I have been taking this product for years now. I use it along with prescribed WP thyroid. I was initially taking it exclusively; however, my physician wanted me to take a thyroid supplement that had a known dose of T3 and T4. I believe the Raw Thyroid keeps my physiology actively working on maintaining my physiology rather than me bypassing what my body "should be doing". Still trying to figure it out but my TSH, T3 and T4 numbers are great. My thyroid antibodies fluctuate but I am using diet to bring that number down with some success. No gluten and no dairy. Just be careful
I've been taking this product for years, on and off. It gives me more energy for sure but it could be due to the ginseng. And people with high blood pressure should be very careful about taking it because of presence of the ginseng - need to monitor their blood pressure on regular basis.
