Osteo Bi-Flex - a godsend for me
I had heard about this product from a friend of mine so I decided to purchase it and try it and from day one it has been a godsend. There were occasions when I would walk down here before using this product in my knees with egg and there would be a clicking / cracking sound in my knees and needless to say very painful. After taking Osteo Bi-Flex for approximately two weeks I noticed this situation was gone from my knees when I walk down a hill. I would highly recommend this product for anyone who is experiencing any type of pain in your body not just in their knees or joints... I received my order of 2 Large bottles of Osteo Bi-Flex o 1/29/16 and have been taking 2 tablets per day. I haven't noticed a difference in any of my joints at this time and it would be unfair for me to rate this product so soon. While as of this writing I know of no medical evidence to prove or disprove the effectiveness of glucosamine products, this one does seem to improve my joint health. I take 1-2 tablets a day and the aches and pains that come with a regular running regimen seem to lessen and in some cases disappear completely. The product is easy to swallow too.
