Powerful and light as a feather, with great features
The Dyson V6 Cord Free vacuum cleaner is super light and super powerful. We bought it for the stairs as we are getting on a bit and found our old Dyson rather hard work. This is quick and easy to empty, just hold it over the bin, slide the button down, and the bottom opens, it's that easy. No cord, the tools are easy to change and just click into place,and when you have finished, put the handle of the V6 in the wall holster. Lightweight, great for quick pet hair clean up.

Don't normally review items but this one is great.
Very pleased with my v6. Manage to vacuum (not hoover!) my whole flat on one charge, great for the hard floors and short carpets. Very light and easy to use only had to use the max setting once. Seems a very reasonable price compared to the other versions. Although it's a refurbished one it appears to be brand new. The only cons are that when delivered the box was just wrapped in plastic so you could see what was inside which isn't ideal as we live in a flat and I don't thing there was a choice of colours (happy with white anyway though). Refurbished Dyson V6 cordless for under £130 Always been a Dyson lover. But even I had my doubts on what I may be receiving when I purchased this product. The price for this item is like a giveaway. At twice the price I paid it would be a good price. Refurbished, well to me it just looks brand new. Arrived in under 24 hours from ordering on a Sunday night. Within less than 3 clicks my Dyson was ready for it's 1st charge. Once charged, not only did I manage to get all my hoovering done. I did it with only one hand, is hoovering an easy job. Ordered Jan 1st, received Jan 2nd! Wow! Looks brand new, easy to hook up and install. Perfect little machine. Perfectly balanced in the hand. Great suction, comes with handy tools for multi-use. You can see and feel the quality of this machine. Very pleased. Have already charged once and used briefly, picked up the dust and dirt which almost puts you to shame having only hoovered the day before. So good, I bought another!
It's difficult to see what has been refurbished because the cleaner is unidentifiable from a new unit; indeed, notwithstanding the shorter warranty, I suggest that both cleaners I received were new. Having owned corded Dyson products before, the V6 Cordless outclasses them in terms of suction: I'm amazed at what it lifts even after using the corded unit that I've now discarded. Love it!
First time I have had a cordless vacuum (I have Dyson upright and cylinder since 2001), what a difference, means I can just lift off the base and off I go, instead of lugging the corded ones around, makes cleaning up small areas sooo easy, it’s light and I can wiz around doing a quick clean of floors, stairs and top of walls where we always seem to have pinhead spiders! It will never replace my corded ones but I wouldn’t be without it now. My only criticism is that the tools from my other Dysons do not fit. Cleans like a dream!
The V6 is simply fantastic, it's cordless so the cleaning time is easily halved with not having to pull on a cord whilst trying to tackle the stairs with a bulkier machine! you get 25 minutes cleaning time between charging (doesn't seem alot) but to be honest you won't need it! the V6 is such an efficient cleaning machine plus it 's easy to clean...bonus! clean house, clean vacuum! you'll never look back after buying one! A life saver if you have kids
A fantastic cleaner and rarely use the corded Dyson. The suction is good, but better on max power mode. I get approx 15 mins running time between charges, buts that’s enough for me! It won’t replace your normal vacuum and it’s not designed to! Perfect for a quick clean in the house and car. It’s a reconditioned model but it’s practically new and for £125 it was a steal! Very pleased with the V6
There is absolutely no way that we can tell that the item was refurbished. From the way it was packaged, to the cleanliness of the product, it appears to be brand new. The suction is superb, particularly compared to our old Black and Decker cordless Hoover. Glad we bought the £29 v6 rather than the £99 version as it came with more tools, particularly the motorised floor roller, and a wall charger.
