One size doesn't stretch to fit man's head.
Seems like a perfectly acceptable item if it will fit on your head. But when you stretch it and it just barely covers your chin it's difficult to say that is a good fit. It should reach all the way down to your neck but there simply isn't enough material no matter how stretchy it is. For people with smaller heads or women would probably be great. It might also fit a child well but if you're buying this for a child, I have other concerns.
