Palit versions of GPUs are usually the cheapest variants of GPUs due to being pretty basic exterior wise (no backplate, plastic shroud, single fan). Regardless, it still performs like a GTX 1060 6GB, meaning it's basically perfect for 1080p gaming at very high settings. It can get louder than its more expensive counter parts, but that's to be expected from a single exhaust fan GPU. I can easily recommend this if you're not fussed about having a bog-standard 1060.
