Silk strip
self adhesive silk strip to repair nails. The fabric is close weave so it doesn't fall apart when cut. The adhesive helps the cut fabric to stay in place whilst it is overpainted with glue or nail varnish (I use the strip to repair a recurrent fault in a nail which splits on the vertical) I've had the same product before & it works well.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Self adhesive nit a good idea. I have to glue it on to my nail. It frays around the edges within hours of applying. Doesn't protect the split in the nail.
