lightwieght, easy for disabled cook to use
I like cooking, but finding appliances or cookware that isn't too big or too heavy ti lift with just 1 hand is difficult and very often so called disability goods are very expensive. I have a Dycem (a kind of non slip ) mat which I place my pedestal and mortar on to crush my herbs, spices and garlic. This product is ok if you only have a small quantity of herbs and spices to blend or crush as its such a small pestle and mortar.
