Buy them to always keep your stove alive and cooking!
Buy them when you can find them,they do not make them anymore. I recently picked up an older,well used Coleman 413G from 1971 that worked just great after some cleaning and dent repairs. I knew that to keep it running for years to come I would need a spare generator. I saw that a seller on eBay had a still new, old stock generator that fit the stove I had purchased and knew it would be a good investment and will keep this stove running for at least another 20 or 30 years more as long as I do the routine maintenance, mainly pulling the generator and cleaning off the carbon buildup from the burning of the fuel, and also lubing the leather pump cup with Neetsfoot oil to keep it supple and creating pressure.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

GOOD AS NEW NOW
I had an old 426C I bought on E-bay a year or 2 ago and it never worked properly, took like 30 minutes to start generating and get the blue flames, thought my only choice was to by one of those propane converter tubes. Bought this, installed it in like 15 minutes and it now works as good as any Coleman stove I have ever used. Stove is working
This was a hard item to find. This Coleman stove is quite old and was not working. I was ready to throw it out but after checking ebayfound the generator was available and felt it was worth a try.
