Yes, definitely blocks some of the harmful light spectrum we are exposed to. I use them for driving. Very vibrant... Only thing I noticed is when I look to my back up display, some of the color is also blocked but not a big deal. I like them and wear them all the time.

Careful with that nose piece
As 'sunglasses', they are a good value for what you get and their effectiveness. However, the nose piece broke off my glasses the very first time I wore them. Were they just defective, I don't know? But what I was able to see was that the rubber like nose piece is slipped over a tiny piece of plastic that is no larger than the head of a pin, it's going to break! And in my case, it was sooner than later...very soon as a matter of fact.

OK....Not Great....You get what you pay for!
Decent sunglasses but nothing special.....maybe polarized but vision is not sharper or improved.....decent sunglasses for the money..not sure how well they will hold up in the long run as they seem a bit flimsy...

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY
Yes it dims oncoming vehicle lights but when you live in the country as I do, you then cannot see the road!!!! So, as shown dimming vehicle lights in a city with street lights, it might work better. My my 'yellow' lens sunglasses from walmart do a much better job for in the counrtry.

See more clearly
I bought a 2 pack and gave one pair to my adult son. Very lightweight and comfortable. Wraparound style cuts glare from sneaking in on sides . Unfortunately, I had a couple mishaps which resulted in my falling over my pressure cleaner. Found my trusty battle vision 1/2 buried in the ground as I seem to have also stepped on them . Glasses surprisingly came out frame unbroken and couple tiny scratches on front of lenses. Continued use resulted in other more vigorous contact and cracked frames in couple places. Have ordered 2 more as I'm rough on my sunglasses. BTW, son's are in excellent condition as he didn't inherit the clumsy gene lol 😂

Light excellent sunglasses.
Great sunglasses for the money. They are light so they are easy on the nose. They do not distort the images like some sunglasses do. They do break easily if you drop them. This the second pair I've purchased since I broke the first set of 2.

Brilliant Sunglasses with no negatives to speak about
My 'go to' sunglasses. The vision from these glasses is very clear and polarized. They cover a wide range of vision and slightly curve around your eyes and prevents side glare. They're very comfortable to wear, look good, are durable snapping back into the original shape if you ever bend or twist them and, are only $10 per pair! Highly recommend getting at least 2 pair.
