Padre Pio Miracle Man
The movie is very good. I appreciated that the movie began with his childhood and the fact that his extroidinary gifts began then. The movie depicted his not wanting the visible wounds. It did not really show how God made them invisible for awhile as I recall. There was one scene where Padre Pio laughs and he looks scarey. At first I was angered by depicting him in such a way. He almost looked evil. However, upon reflection, I can see that he may have scared others with his powerful gifts. The devils beating him up had to have terrified some. Therefore this scene is actually excellent. My favorite parts were between the bishop who scrutinized and persecuted him and Padre Pio. The conversations showed the conflict between many people and Padre Pio that continue to this day. These conflicts are basically the same conflicts as people have with Jesus.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
