Great recipe book - give veg a chance!
Excellent, full of vibrant recipies and photographs, already won over by reducing meat in our everyday diet. Good price, the only difference between this and the original release of this book, is that it's going for much less online. The same book minus Hugh's picture on the front - it's ok there's a photo inside :)

A great way to eat more greens!
I love this book. I’m not a vegetarian, but wanted to eat more veggies and the recipes are perfect. There are meals that take a bit longer to prepare for the weekend and store cupboard dishes great for week nights.
