Been using these for the last 6 months and are the best earplugs I've tried so far; will buy a spare to take on a big trip. Better at cutting windnoise yet allowing me to hear music from my helmet speakers than Senna plugs. Colour makes them easier to find when you drop them. I will use the bank card slot in the spare carry case to keep a Post Office Money Card in case I lose my wallet or get mugged on a foreign trip.

Compared to other ear plugs these are expensive so I thought they must be good. When first opened from the packaging, the card and earplug pouch is made of cheap polystyrene and is very thick. Not very suitable if wearing a one piece suit With one pocket, so that went in the bin. The ear plugs themselves looked good the large pair fitted me and the medium pair fitted my wife but the set only comes with one set of red filters and they cannot be bought separately. So the pair that doesn’t fit goes in the bin because I would need to buy another set just for the filters. The fitment in the ear isn’t great either. With my helmet on, the seal between the plug and my ear opens when turning my head and sometimes they will work themselves out of my ear. When I remove my helmet they fall on the ground. The only good thing about them is they cut down the wind noise to a good level and I can hear the traffic around me better. Overall very expensive for a tiny piece of rubber and plastic with a micro piece of paper for a filter.Read full review

I have used cheaper disposable ear plugs on my motorcycle for a few years now but recently decided to upgrade to something with better noise reduction and that was reusable. I've been out a couple of times with these new earplugs and find them no more effective at blocking engine and wind noise nor more comfortable than the much cheaper foam ones. Also the tiny rubber bits that sticks out so that you can extract them is fiddly to get hold of when you need to take them out of your ears, especially with colder hands. The box they come in is far bigger than it needs to be and poor quality so that went straight in the bin. The only advantage is that these new plugs are washable, but not really worth the £15-£20 price tag I'm afraid.

They are good earplugs, but I'm really struggling to get them out from ears ( maybe its my big ears :) ) i looked on price and thou that probably they very good end they coming in nice smart box. so i get them. BUT guess what - Box is not as nice as it looks its maid from polystyrene !!! they advertise that You can put there credit card. Really? Don't think You would. Doest looks safe enough . Also for this price You would want to have all 4 earplugs to be fitted with filters not only 2. Hope they will work as good as they cost.

Investing in ear protection as a motorcyclist is really important, pinlock know that and we customers know it as well. I bought these earplugs and they are noisy, basically the poorest disposable ear foam plug outperforms them. I am so disappointed after spending twenty quid on a reduction that couldn't cost 50p to manufacture. Poor sizing, inadequate gauge of material and a filter insert that appears to make no difference to the performance. I have had various attempts to insert and try them different ways but they are no good. Shame
