Not up to the job
Metal the product is made of is nit hardent. Tried to use one on a broken tap and the tangs bent straight away without significant pressure being used.

Disappointing quality.
The smaller tools are made of quite soft metal, if the broken tap is jammed it will just bend. Better off using a diamond hole cutter or engraving bit for smaller taps. The larger tools are effective.

M10 tap extractor had 2 teeth snap off when trying to extractor a tap. I assume the tap is harder than the tap extractor. Poor show
