The Klein Tools NCVT-3 Non-Contact Voltage Tester uses LED lights to indicate voltage presence and is fitted with a flashlight to illuminate any workstation. This tester detects up to 1000 voltages and offers non-contact detection of AC. This voltage tester is easy to carry and use: It weighs 0.25 pounds, has a height of 1.25 inches, a width of 0.96 inches (24mm), and a depth of 1.16 inches (29mm).

    Safety First

    This pocket voltage tester is the best I've had up till this moment. Why? 1st. It has a pocket clip that prevents it from constantly falling out when working. 2nd. It has an on/off switch preventing nuisance buzzing and waste of battery life. 3rd. This tester detects extra low voltage, reduced low voltage as well as low voltage. 4th. Although not important to me, it has a good torch which I find useful as a supplement. As a quick, safe, and reliable energy tester, I recommend it.
