Nordic 'noir' at its best
I am late to Nordic Noir and was offered to watch the series on DVD, having watched series one I decided to buy this on Blu ray. This arrived just after I'd finished episode three on DVD, so I then continued on Blu ray...with a noticeable deference, the picture was much clearer and the colours better defined. As for the series itself, the second and third segments are the best. The last series had too many consequences and too many set pieces (some of which were very good). Personally i was disappointed with the end..I felt the writers had tired of the main character...

Taut story line, and superb actors. The choice of locations inspiring. The main character Saga Noren,(Sofia Helin) is a masterclass in character acting as is Martin, and later Hendrick. So dark and it draws you in .
