Metron looks good , until its out of the box :0(
Purchased a rear wheel for a track bicycle, fixed gear single speed. received wheel in a nicely packed box promptly. The contents: 1. wheelbag for two **very nice thank you very much. 2. set of brake pads? confused no brakes, on a velodrome...... Would ask for little bit more QAQC before boxing up... ;0( All the decals were badly installed, no bubbles but serious creases in all. Removed all except a couple 'metron' ***G, was adding a 'three spoke' decal necessary? kinda obvious. reminds me of my ex girfriends cars license plate "BMW" on a 318i . little worried about all the rough spots in the carbon.. all the transitions from spokes to the hoop are ragged. as you run your finger across the fiber it will catch at the transition point. instead of brake pads a valve adapter to pump tyre would have been nice.
