Bad software.
The mouse is well made and comfortable but the problem rests with the Ngenuity software. The mouse is customizable from rgb lighting to dpi settings but due to the badly made drivers your settings will reset to defult when ever you boot your pc up again. If hyperX could fix this, this would be a 5 star product but I've heard complaints about this same problem which are years old and still they haven't fixed it.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
