Pretty amazing, just need to be a little better quality.
I am blown away how good this product works. I have a 1500 square foot lot that got over run with weeds. I have been working for 3 days straight, and am amazed at how much progress I have made. 20 minutes here, 30 minutes there and my yard is starting to be ready for sod. Best part, no chemicals that I worry can harm my dogs, and the roots are being pulled out also. Some of the Pros are it is super simple to use. Place it directly over the weed, push it into the ground, then pull up the weed. It works so well that 95% of the time, it pulls up the full root. No bending over is another plus. The handle mechanism allows you to discharge the pulled weed directly into the trash can. Works really well with long roots, and big weeds. Some of the Cons. While it works with small weeds, it is not as efficient. The claws get a better grip on the big weeds. Small ones, I notice that the whole root does not come out, or the claws just cannot get a good grip and it does not work as well. I have been abusing mine, so the claws are now catching on the plastic weed release part, and will not release the weed, unless I force it. Also, the handle has come off the claws a couple of times. I can wedge it back in place, so it still works. That all being said, I would recommend it. It does an amazingly efficient job, even though it could be a little better quality. But considering I have not had to use chemicals, it is worth it to me. In fact, if it ever does break, I will buy another.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Weed removal made easy
I had bought the garden weasel and it did not work well so I returned it. I bought the Frskars deluxe and what a world of difference. I can pull out almost every weed. The Fiskars really makes weed removal a very easy task. I love this tool so much, that I actually bought it for a bride for her bridal shower and made a Giant joke about it! I wrote in her card about not letting weeds into her life and her marriage.
