Arrived quickly but looked as if it was used.
Upon arrival I inspected it and there was something on the inside padding that my dog would lay on. It was yellowish in color as if it had been used. I was doing laundry so I just washed it and it came out. I will be using it 4th of July as we will be traveling. It is great for me because I can carry my kitty on my back and it is great for my kitty because he can easily go into the pack and look out of the vents and see what is going on or lie down and be away from everything if he wants to. Roomy backpack for small dog
We tried a few backpack carriers for our 9- and 10-pound chihuahuas and this one has the most room (horizontally and vertically) for a comfy ride. We can even fit a small blanket in it too for more padding/comfort. When biking, the bottom can dig into your lower back (for users under 5’,9” or so when carrying ~10 pounds of pup), but so did other packs we tried, so maybe just keep adjusting straps until it feels best. Front pocket is good for phone/ wallet/ keys but I’m nervous to stretch the side pockets out for a water bottle, etc.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
