    Best gadget invented for mini dv tape pro camcorders ...it brings them back to life with the new generation of memory card recording.

    Excellent addition for any pro camcorder that uses pre existing mini dv tapes....this unit also has more functionality for sony Z1U-FX1.

    Saved my camera

    I bought this to use with my Canon XH-A1 (tape) camera, essentially to convert it into a digital camera. Even though it adds to the bulk, it has brought this great camera back from the dead. Once set up, it works automatically with the Record button.

    Bad device. Totally useless purchase. Very unhappy with the purchase.

    The device cannot be used on Finnish TVs, because it records poor HD quality. Bad purchase and I won't do anything with that device. Black bars remain on both sides of the screen.
