This listing is for TWO alternative design quality replacement tyres inner tubes suitable for Prams / Pushchairs fitted with 12-1/2" tyres. To reduce the risk of punctures, the heavy duty inner tube is pre-filled with a sealant that in the event of a puncture automatically seals the hole. This provides ongoing prevention against punctures and instantly seals punctures up to 3mm in diameter.
