    no regrets

Bought two of these for myself and husband to try. They were very hard to get out of the bags they arrived in and it would be impossible to get them back in the bags but that doesn't matter. We were both surprised that there has been less snoring and also less trouble with acid reflux. We can sleep on our backs and on our sides comfortably. We do slip down the bed a bit but it's not a problem. They are also good when sitting up in bed. We find them best with one pillow on top and whilst they feel a bit strange at first we wouldn't want to be without them now and we will take them on our holidays. On the whole they appear to have improved the quality of our sleep.

    Waste of money....Don't bother.

This pillow is of very good quality and I purchased it to help with my sciatica, hip pain, fibromyalgia pain and sinusitis type allergies making me stuffed up in bed. I tried this pillow for 1 week and pain in hips etc was decreased but I had taken high strength ibuprofen the night before. It was difficult to adjust to sleeping on this pillow and the sinusitis allergies were about the same as before. I did however awaken with a stiff neck every morning. I have gone back to using my regular pillows...…..My advice, don't waste your money.

  • Long wedge pillow

I suffer with LPR and this has cured it along with sleeping on my LHS. Beforehand I basically slept vertical on the couch as that was the best alternative. I tried the smaller more vertical wedges but have awful nights sleep, sliding down them and then waking with lower back pain. I can see 2 types of foam used but im not sure if it's memory foam? I do however place my memory foam pillow on the top and it's nearly perfect. My only criticism would be I wish it was wider as I find it slightly difficult to stay on it but really I shouldn't be moving from back sleeping as sleeping on LHS is best for LPR. I would highly recommend this if you are in a similar position to me. I have gotten use to it and now used it for at least 3 months. Where can I purchase a replacement cover?

  • Not perfect but good enough

The wedge was very tightly packed into a zipped container and I struggled for a while to remove it. Once done it needed time to expand before it was useable, and would have benefitted from a while airing outside as it had a very strong and unpleasant plastic smell. It is quite a long wedge and I've found that I end up sliding down it during the night, but it hasn't been too much of an issue. Possibly due to the man made material of the wedge and the cover not being breathable, it also feels like it makes me sweat a little. Once you get used to it, it is quite comfortable to lie and sleep on and I feel it has helped to reduce the symptoms of reflux.

  • Fantastic

This has really helped with my breathing and reflux, with neck problems I have to use a special neck pillow and lie flat and also have back problems so the length of this wedge is perfect and doesn't put a strain on my back. Also partner says my snoring has eased a lot.

  • Could be wider, and consequently for me, more comfortable

Product fits the bill, except that for me its not wide enough, which means that its not as comfortable as it could be. I think that it could be made in different widths according to choice (and price). I have brought this up with the seller who said he would take it up with his supplier. (For the record I am an average size 5ft 10ins male) Otherwise its of good quality

  • Good bed wedge : Packaging hard to open and not eco-friendly

Good bed wedge. Firm yet comfortable, and shallow-sloped enough to be able to sleep on, where I've had problems with steeper wedges. Unfortunately, the heavy-duty platic and webbing "carry-case" which it comes in was almost impossible to remove it from, and I have reasonably strong hands. The wedge was rolled into it so tightly I had to put my foot in the straps to gain leverage, resulting in both straps ripping off, while the wedge didn't budge. It would have been impossible to get it back in the case anyway. So for people concerned about overpackaging, sustainability and the environment, not such a good choice. With more eco friendly packaging it would have been four or five stars.

  • Longer wedge pillow .

I am very pleased with this product because the extra length stops the wedge moving around as your hips hold it in place. I would however like to point out that the product is better without the cover which is very slippery and allows you to slip and slide down the pillow making it much less effective.

  • Design should have been better

Idea is excellent. It is quite firm and sturdy. Very long from top to bottom (head to waist). Only very big problem which makes it useless for me is that it is way to narrow if you want to turn at night. If you want to take little rest in the day by sleeping on back, it may be sufficient. If you want to use it whole night and also sleep on the side, it's impossible! You lay on back - fine, turn to side - no support, you end up falling in the bed which is shocking. Whole night you have to keep awake and move whole body from side to side to fit on the pillow....too bad! They could have made it some 10 inch wider!

  • Does the job

The review page only allows yes or no answers when I am undecided. I have answered yes because I am not disappointed. Is it good value; time will tell. Is it good quality; time will tell but it looks good so far. The main advantage of this wedge is its length. Unlike pillows or smaller wedges, which force my spine to bend across the shoulders where it is not designed to bend, this extends to my waist, the natural flex point. I still wake up in the early hours with a touch of reflux but that is because I have slipped down to the horizontal. Once back up on the wedge it soon subsides.
