Its simple to set up, it takes time to be full charged for the first use. It does not have the possibility to program different paths. Randomly it chooses his way and it seems that it likes to be around or near obstacles. It seems to work great. I had to figit with it since it didn't come with an instruction manual but so far it works OK!! It does a lot of beeping and I'm not sure why but it eventually stops. This is a wonderful product that everyone should have. The most stressful thing for the heart beside snow shoveling is vacuuming a rug. You probably never knew that. I can vacuum for two hours before it needs to be recharged, and it goes to its' charging station by itself. You would be surprised to see how much dust it picks up from your living room rug. More like a toy
I have used this twice on a bare floor. It seems to go over the same spots and does not cover the entire floor. It also doesn’t pick everything up.
