This is a very good product, well made and fairly straight forward to use..... but but but my main gripe are that the numbers are not backlit and therefore is not at all easy to find your way around in dim or dark situations. (I bought these for my elderly mother and whilst she manages the basics the menu system is not easy to follow and can confuse). May be one for the younger generation. The signal is good and has a very good range.

Bought to replace my previous phone. Very disappointed. Find it difficult to read the digital numbers. Does not show the name of the caller in the display box which is the most important point for me. All callers I want to hear from are in my directory and I need the name, not the number to show. It’s not as easy to set up as my previous call blocker phone. So far has not blocked calls, get withheld calls, but that may be me. All in all not as good as previous BT call blicker.

Very handy machine, good price, good name etc. Only thing i would change is the handsets do not stand up in the charger unit base but seem to lie at a 45 degree angel. Saying that it is still a good piece of kit.

Have only had it installed 1 day easily set up.Only complaint i would have liked a louder ring tone even though it was set to maximum. Display being coloured blue is not as clear as our last BT phone.
